VP of Engineering- B2B Product


Our client has developed an exceptional product in the B2B market which is taking off in the USA and now globally. Due to exceptional subscriber growth, they need an experienced VP of engineering with experience in scaling a B2B product engineering teams.

Role
*Working closely with the business leadership and VP of product help shape the roadmap to deliver on the companies mission
*Spend time listening to customers feedback and engaging with the community to improve the engineering offering
*Shipping high-quality software advanced engineering disciplines and technologies.
*Building an engaged team who can contribute to their own success and that of the company and yourself
*Setting and achieving difficult goals through motivation and execution.

Experience

*6 years of experience leading software product development teams in a B2B product environment
*Experience scaling high performing engineering teams from 10-50 plus
*Exceptional leadership qualities, able to lead, motivate and retain an engineering team working in a remote environment
*You will have a track record of building and launching B2B products with resulting revenue from US$10M - US$20M

This will be US-based remote anywhere. You'll need the right to live and work without restrictions in the USA
