Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant  to join us at an exciting time for our start-up, a new venture in Australia based on the success of the UK-established business.  This is a great opportunity to join the journey from the start and grow your career which can quickly lead to a leadership role.  You'll be building your own desk using our existing network as well as your own.  You'll be delivering either our contractor talent solutions or permanent hires and have a lot of clever tech and resourcing and admin support to give you the opportunity to take your billings consistently above AU$1 Million per annum if not already doing it.  You’ll be working fully remote and enjoy working independently but with the right technology and team to support your success.

Key performance objectives

• Growing your revenue with first-year expected annual billing between AU$500k - AU$1Million+
• To have a high satisfaction score from the key stakeholders in the business you’ll need to work with
• Participate in all qualifying requirements for project consultants and make notes on specific requirement needs within our CRM (bullhorn)
• Able to write compelling adverts to attract the right candidates
• Writing compelling email campaigns using our automation platform to save you time
• Responding to requirements within 48 hours and sourcing using our CRM with over 120,000 candidates as well as a LinkedIn recruiter and our social sourcing platforms
• Provide shortlist and manage the interview process through to onboarding
• Work in conjunction with our outsourced delivery team, providing direction and managing quality control for shortlisted candidates
• Respond to candidates in a timely manager provided by our sourcing team to support you in a long list and respond to inbound responses to our email and text campaigns
• Fortnightly check-ins with our consultants and document feedback on our CRM
• Building long-term relationships with the business and supporting team members in the procurement of project resources

 
Experience

• If you've done something similar in an IT recruitment agency environment as a 360 Consultant and have the right drive, you've probably got what it takes.  
• Proven track record of billings over AU$400,000 - AU$1Million +
• You'll be confident and experienced in developing new customers and retaining and expanding existing ones and have experience selling solutions in the UK, Europe or USA
• You'll have exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• You'll have exceptional resourcing skills and be able to craft great campaigns as well as use the phone to source and engage with great candidates
• You'll enjoy working independently with the ability to plan your own day with the support of other teams members where required
