Strategic Product Manager

As a Strategic Product Manager within a major AI-led campaign management platform transformation, you will be responsible for translating high-level concepts into granular, value-driven features. You will be the architect of the product strategy, moving us toward a more efficient, consolidated operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Discovery: Lead and run deep product discovery sessions to define the future-state operating model for campaign orchestration.
- Stakeholder Influence: Act as the strategic voice for the product domain, influencing senior stakeholders across Architecture, Engineering, and Business units.
- Technical Translation: Partner with technical teams to define modular, API-driven, cloud-based platform capabilities.
- Market & Vendor Analysis: Conduct rigorous "Build vs. Buy" assessments. You will run RFI/RFP processes to determine if external vendors can accelerate our roadmap more efficiently than in-house engineering.
- Stakeholder Influence: Navigate a complex matrix environment, conducting stakeholder interviews to refine problem statements and metrics back to core business needs.
- Technical Credibility: Partner with Architecture and Engineering to define modular, API-driven, and cloud-based platform capabilities.
- Outcome Focus: Break down the overarching vision into prioritised features and epics that the delivery teams can execute.
Experience
- Strategic Mindset: You aren't just a delivery lead; you are comfortable challenging the status quo and asking, "should we build this at all?".
- Complex Environment Experience: Proven track record in large-scale technology transformations within large complex organisations.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to apply strategic product thinking is the primary requirement.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience leading RFI/RFP processes and conducting market analysis.
- Senior Influence: The confidence to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate their needs into technical roadmaps.

- Commercial Acumen: Experience in technology evaluation and market analysis.
- Technical Fluency: A strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
This will be hybrid working with 2 days a week onsite in London
