Objectives

*Launch product on platforms including mobile, web and connected TV platforms
*Drive initiatives to meet smart goal objectives ranging from app downloads, app usage, retention, and customer satisfaction.
*Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and processes that drive velocity, adaptability & revenue
*Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment



Experience

Experience at VP Engineering level building global teams within a complex agile environment
Experience with consumer Products in large organizations
8-10 years+ 10 years' experience designing, developing and launching software products in a consumer environment
Proven track recording in hiring and retaining distributed high performing software engineering teams
